How does HRM work
We have 2 Practice Areas 1) Professional (pHRM) which focuses on HRM solutions targeted at Sales Forces, Physicians, and Healthcare Providers and 2) Consumer (cHRM) which is focused on HRM solutions for Consumers, Patients and Caregivers. These Practice Areas work with our clients, internal service areas, and appropriate Meredith assets and partners (if necessary) in the research, design, and conceptualization of HRM solution for our clients. Once a project is approved, our Client Services Team assumes responsibility for the launch, management, execution, and measurement of the HRM solution. On many projects our Project Managers work on site with our clients to provide further efficiencies.
We handle all Solution and Program Design/Strategy, Creative Development, Client Services, Instructional Design, Audio/Video Production, Graphic Design, Medical Writing, and Quality Assurance.
Leadership Team

1) Solution Design. Working in collaboration with our clients, our professional HRM strategists and solution designers seek to clearly define the desired outcomes of the initiative, and use their expertise as well as the expertise of our internal Team members to craft a solution that optimizes success.
2) Our Client Services Team breaks the solution down into appropriate tasks, timelines, and budget areas to assure the program is executed on time, on budget.
3) Our HRM experts closely monitor the program data and measurement elements and, if necessary, make recommendations on appropriate course corrections.
